I Love You~new original painting

I had the idea to create a small painting about "Love." I love themes if you haven't guessed.    Although this would have been a great painting for Valentine's Day, any day is a day for Love.  Leo, the Italian cat, (as we refer to him)  made an appearance.  This is a sweet little piece 8x10 surely to bring LOVE to anyone who........................

Charlotte hopes to be a veterinarian someday.  Actually I do have a great niece named Charlotte who was born just 5 months ago.   My sister keeps sending the most adorable photos of her that I couldn't help but imagine her a few years from now looking a lot like this.  I got the idea for this painting from a blog I was featured in last month.   

Kareena's Magical Flower Shop-Original painting

This is my newest painting finally completed.  Kareena shows off one of her many award winning arrangements as  her faithful staff looks on.  This piece is 14x11 painted on canvas with acrylics.  The sides have been painted and it's wired and ready to hang.

Pinstripes and Calla Lilies

This is my latest painting.    It's funny how the people in my paintings end up resembling family members unintentionally.  This gentlemen looks a lot like my grandfather(whom I've never met)  on my mother's side. That's Leo there on his arm.  Can you tell my husband and I like Boardwalk  Empire? Season two is great so far.  I find the clothing from that period so inspiring.
