Charlotte hopes to be a veterinarian someday. Actually I do have a great niece named Charlotte who was born just 5 months ago. My sister keeps sending the most adorable photos of her that I couldn't help but imagine her a few years from now looking a lot like this. I got the idea for this painting from a blog I was featured in last month.

Love this painting, and the cat half falling out of her arms! You are one of my favorite artists. The brilliant colors and patterns are so energizing, yet the environments so serene. What a wonderful balance! I hope to own a piece someday (if I can decide)!!
