My Reproductions

I thought I would mention that prints of my original paintings are all available through my Etsy shop. You can click on the icon to the left and view them. My 8x10's are only $12.00 and are superior quality. Most prints are also available in 11x14 for $26.00. You have to really see one to appreciate the velvety rich colors. They are shipped in a safe protective mailer. They are perfect for matting and slipping into a 11x14 frame or can be easily popped into an 8x10 frame with out the mat. They make a great inexpensive gift.
Also my package of 7 assorted note cards are the same high quality prints. They are packaged in a little shopping bag with my logo for only 18.00 plus shipping.

The Details In The Fabric

This painting took me a bit longer than I thought. Probably one of my best pieces by far. I spent more time than usual planning it out and feel that I have become a better painter in doing so.
16x20 on stretched linen and cotton.

Secret Garden

I haven't posted anything in a few days because I am busy getting ready for an exhibit at Mass General Hospital in Boston and working on a few pieces for River Road Gallery in Wilton, CT.
I will be part of an on going exhibit at Massachusetts General Hospital's Cancer Center. The exhibit is called "Illuminations". The program was developed in order to create a visually healing environment for it's cancer patients. They believe the environment in which care is delivered can be used as a tool to aid healing. I am honored to be a part of this very special event. My work will be featured from February to May.

The Bird Watchers

Over the years I have developed such an appreciation of birds from my in-laws. Ever since I can remember Ray and Barbara have been watching, feeding and identifying birds and keeping the squirrels off their many bird feeders. Over the Christmas break we visited them. We sat looking out their large sliding glass door at the many birds eating from the feeders. These little creatures are pretty amazing and stuck with me.This painting is 11x14 on stretched cotton and linen done with acrylics.
