Eve Enchanted

As I worked  in my studio yesterday, painting (with my slippers on) to the sound of snow blowers and shovels scrapping I realized how  fortunate I am to work at home.  There's no bad weather to keep me from getting to my job.  The gray days though,  have made me think more about Gauguin and Matisse's work full of warm and bright colors.  This new painting is 11x14 for sale on etsy.

That's a great painting, Now I don't want to Preach, but I too hang out in my slippers and I think that caused my foot problem last year the plantar Fasitis (misspelled)
you need arch support.
Yesterday I had 4 plows $35 a pop. At that rate a lot of Seniors will be in the poor house. Stay warm Sweetie.

oh my goodness Catherine.. Your work is amazing.. So full of colour and depth and sadly I don't have the right words to explain.. but I do understand what you say [on your profile] about colour impacting us on an emotional level... I love colour and can get quite obsessed with it... Now if I only knew about your giveaway earlier.. however Yvonne is a worthy recipient!!

Thanks for popping over to my Taormina post.. Wow .. you drove there??? brave... I was staying half way down the hill and it was an effort to walk up to the piazza... but so worth it... I loved it there..

Ok.. thanks again.. ciao xxx Julie
