I can't remember where, but I came across an image of this girl under her umbrella. I knew it would work into a painting at some point. Then this past weekend a conservation came up at dinner with one of my sisters about our 30 something nieces and nephews, and how young people are getting married later in life. BTW the Jewelry store in the background is Dorfmans on Newbury Street in Boston.
This painting is 11x14 done with acrylics on stretched cotton. It is for sale in my Etsy shop.
