The Queen's Chair

I just love the lines and style of this chair. I include it in many of my bigger paintings. We had a similar chair growing up but the fabric was pretty ugly! We also didn't have such a pillow. This painting is 8x10 painted with acrylics on stretched Cotton and linen. The sides have been painted so no frame is required. For sale in my Etsy shop today.

This one is great! I'm a HUGE chair fan, so you can't go wrong with chairs as far as I'm concerned. I like the new one you have up as your header, too...the blues are pretty.

Catherine, Catherine, Catherine, I am honored that you became a follower on my blog. I am humbled by your talent. I know, I sound mushy, but I love your work.
Your colors and style are reminiscent of the Fauves, my favorite artistic period. They, like you she is a fabulous painter too. You should look at her blog. I have her on my favorites list. Take care and thanks again for joining!,
