Beacon Hill Art Walk~This Sunday in Boston, MA.

I 've been pretty busy getting ready for  the Beacon Hill Art Walk in Boston this Sunday from 12 to 6. This is my 12th year showing my work.   It's going to be a beautiful but HOT day. I am looking forward to seeing so many of my wonderful customers who have come every year.  The show itself is quite unique.  It takes place through out the nooks and crannies  of Beacon hill.  Art work is displayed in the lovely court yards and gardens  of this Historical place.

Garden Fox-Little paintings

I've been carrying out  a much needed cleanup of my studio in preparation for my  Boston show  next weekend.  I keep finding things I've misplaced like paint favorite brushes  and other materials.  I found a bunch of small canvas panel-boards in various sizes so I decided to do a few fun small less expensive paintings.  I think this little piece would  look great and a kids bedroom ( or an  adults!) Garden Fox is 8x10 painted on a flat canvas panel.   I love little red foxes.  I am working on a 5x7 butterfly as well.  Thank for looking.

Positive Engery II~My new botanical painting

This is my newest painting.  It's 40x30 painted on gallery wrapped stretched canvas.  Working on this painting has been extremely therapeutic.  I have hit a bit of a rough patch in my life concerning my youngest son and working on this painting has helped me in so many ways.

On my easel~Magic Hat 2

This is a fun little piece I've been working on.  I use to love black silk top hats when I was younger. I guess I still do.  My father had a collection of fancy hats he kept up on a high shelf in his closet.  I remember even liking the boxes the hats were in too.  This painting is 14x11 painted on a cradled wood panel.  I hope to have it completed tomorrow.  Thanks for looking.

Angel's Sonata~New painting

Angel's Sonata is my newest painting. I have brought together some of my favorite things. It has a lovely glow. It's painted with acrylics on a cradled birch wood panel. Sides are painted to match so it can be hung with or without a frame. Thank you for looking!
