I very much enjoy selecting the frames for my paintings. Over the years I have found what compliments my work and looks best. Since opening my Etsy shop I began gallery wrapping my paintings and painting the sides so they didn't need a frame. I will continue to offer gallery wrapped pieces in my Etsy shop but I am also offering a select few pieces FRAMED. These are beautiful complimentary frames. Most of them are solid wood, antique gold. I have only increased the shipping cost slightly to cover the increase in weight.
They look beautiful, Catherine. Good choices. It's funny you mentioning your problem with the color red in your paintings since you use it perfectly. I love all the color combos you use. But especially the ones including red.
