Right Under Your nose~

Sometimes I am amazed at how people take things for granted.  Having a son who cannot speak, who I know suffers in silence at times brakes my heart everyday. People need to count their blessing because often they are right under their noses!
This painting is 11x14 painted on stretched canvas.

Sustainably Susan~New painting

This is my newest painting.  A younger version of my mother "Susan" seems to be a reoccurring character in my work.  I suppose she is sort of a muse for now.  This painting has a Wes Anderson kind of feel to it. I found this photo on pinterest!    It's  11x14 painted on a cradled birchwood panel. The sides are painted to match so no frame is needed.  For sale here  and
Thanks for looking.

Art and Quote of the day............

“Don’t try to figure out what other people want to hear from you; figure out what you have to say. It’s the one and only thing you have to offer.” ~Barbara Kingsolver
